THE IDEA WAS TO CREATE A FOOD ENVIRONMENT WHERE DISPLAY AND QUALITY OF PRODUCT WOULD BE RELISHED.
Operating since 1987 and with 9 stores across Dublin, The Butler’s Pantry is a well-established high-end food retailer and catering business, historically very popular amongst an older demographic.
The Butler’s Pantry undertook a rebranding exercise, with a new brand logo created by the MILLIMETRE DESIGN branding team. Our client’s image was transformed to appeal to a wider audience, which includes a younger demographic.
In tandem, the MILLIMETRE DESIGN interiors team were tasked with the design and delivery of the new Butler’s Pantry store in Harcourt Street Dublin, its first city centre location. At this new location, the client aspired to reach a younger, professional audience, who may or may not be familiar with the brand, and thus start the journey to broaden their customer base.
The design brief was to create a contemporary store with classical elements, appealing to a wider customer base whilst maintaining and enhancing their reputation for high-quality, handmade food.
