Beautifully designed over two floors, Donnybrook Fair Dundrum is Ireland’s newest and most exciting food retail store; a high-end artisan grocer, showcasing a hive of culinary expertise and a ‘real food adventure’. It blends premium grocery and restaurant experiences to create a sophisticated exploratory atmosphere. The stunning new food emporium features a food market on the ground floor, with the LOFT Restaurant and Bar on the first floor.
The vision was to create a customer experience that drives expert service and sensory experiences, as well as a lively and exciting store with an elegant environment easily navigated by timeless wayfinding with engaging, theatrical culinary experiences within designated food zones.
