Located within the central plaza in Dublin city centre, 6-8 College Green is a modern double-aspect building. The 10,000 sq.ft. store offers retail over the ground and first floors, with staff offices, accommodation and store rooms on the basement level. The building holds special significance for our client as it was where Colm Carroll, the owner and founder of Carrolls Irish Gifts, and his brothers played traditional music together in their early years.
This impressive flagship store opened its doors to the public in May 2024, signalling the launch of Carrolls’ 21st store in Ireland Carrolls recognises the importance of the environment and the impact we can make, both as individuals and businesses. It was important to them that our project team was mindful of the impact of this fit out project on the environment and insisted that we took numerous steps to minimise its impact.
