Middleweight Interior Architect

We are seeking aMiddleweight Interior Architect to join our team to work on our exciting portfolio of commercial and high-end residential projects. All our projects are bespoke and technically interesting.

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent organisational skills, eager to learn and who enjoys a varied job role in a friendly, and positive working environment.

As a Middleweight Interior Architect, you will play a vital role in the design team, supporting our Project Design Leads throughout the various phases of the design process. You will be responsible for contributing to the conceptualisation and development of interior spaces, ensuring they align with the client’s vision, project goals, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
                 Assist in creating detailed design drawings, 3D models, and visual presentations to effectively communicate design ideas to clients and project stakeholders.
                Conduct site visits and surveys to understand the project’s context and constraints, contributing to the development of design strategies.
                 Source and specify materials, furnishings, fixtures, and finishes that meet project specifications and budget considerations.
                 Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design trends, materials, and technologies, bringing fresh ideas to the team.
                Work closely with other team members, suppliers, and project managers, to ensure a seamless and integrated design approach.
                Assist all colleagues with design projects and studio administration whenever there is an opportunity to do so

Role Requirements:
                     Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture or Interior Design
                     Minimum of 3 years’ post graduate experience in an Irish or UK design practice
                     Strong organizational and time management skills
                     Conceptually strong
                     Good knowledge of materials and design principles
                     Adept in administration and coordination tasks
                     Self-motivated, can work on own initiative
                     High attention to detail
                     Adaptable, flexible and eager to learn
                     Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, including Excel and Word
                     Proficient in Autocad, 3D Modelling/SketchUp
                     Fluent written and spoken English is required.

Applicants must currently be residing in Ireland and be fully registered to work here with all required visas, stamps, permit etc. in place to work full time.

Working hours:

9am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Ongar, Dublin 1
