The brand concept has come from the Alpine tradition of ‘Apres ski’ hence its name and design. With inspiration from Willy Wonka’s chocolate factory we created delightful interior that compliments the products, inspiring clients senses and engaging them on many different levels whether young or old. Gourment Food Parlour – Malahide

Gourmet Food Parlour is a eatery/cafe, speciality food store and wine bar all rolled into one exciting store. Millimetre design was chosen to come up a ‘new take’ on their already existing 3 stores for their new venture in Malahide. A quirky parlour look was chosen with drop canvas used to break up space and hide the building industrial look. Working with a tight budget and using existing elements a fresh, fun and quirky feel was achieved giving Gourmet Food Parlour a new style and look completing its excellent food reputation.Check out the images in our link for portfolio images.

Forster Court Hotel – Galway

Refurbishment of Hotel public areas including new Elwoods bar & Grill concept. The brief given was to create a relaxed cosy atmosphere whether dining or just having a drink’. A mixture of traditional and modern elements giving a charming warm bar and grill which includes Galway’s first Hibachi table. Cape Greko Opened – Malahide

Millimetre recently finished the design & project management for Cape Greko, Greek Cypriot restaurant in Ireland’s dining capital Malahide.

With extensive pre planning and design work, the on-site program was carried out within 2.5 weeks in order to reduce the operating downtime for the client. Capturing the essence of the Mediterranean food and adding a flavour of contemporary chic, this project has received rave reviews since its opening in January. Dylan Bradshaw – Blow Dry Bar

Millimetre Design (in collaboration with Fleet Architects, London) created an unique pod design for one of Ireland’s premier hairdressers, Dylan Bradshaw in the new Terminal 2, Dublin Airport
The brief was to create a sleek contemporary design enhancing the strong branding and identity of Dylan Bradshaw. The Blow Dry bar kiosk is unique, not only in style but also its concept being one of the first stand alone blow dry bars in the world.Its vivid black and white style, as well as strong graphics, give Dylan Bradshaw a unique store within a unique building.Check out the images in our link for portfolio images.
